  1. Return window
    You may request a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
  2. Return conditions
    To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned with its original packaging. Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect may also be returned within the same 30-day period.
  3. How to start a return
    Email info@thebrickoffer.my with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions. Please do not send an item back before contacting us.
  4. Return shipping and fees

  5. Refund timing
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we process the refund within 1–2 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. After we process the refund, your bank, card issuer, or PayPal may take an additional 7–10 business days to post the funds to your account.
  6. Exchanges
    We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
